I've worked for two Fortune 500 companies and other retail organizations since the 1990s. My experience and professional training in customer care culture is how I cultivated sales and a superior customer service mindset. I was successful in sales because my customers were not only loyal to the brands, they knew that whenever I worked with them, they would receive the service that every client and customer deserves.
